STUDIES IN FINANCE

BACHELOR STUDIES IN FINANCE – MASTER STUDIES IN FINANCE

Members of the board are carefully selected on the basis of long-lasting cooperation involvement of key persons, as well as with respect to knowhow that may effectively support the programme design. For this reason companies are all internationally focused and specialising in financial services. The Program Board and the Quality Board help to establish and strengthen up-to-date corporate relevance of each programmeAs there are the same Boards for both programmes, this helps to foster continuity and consequence. It allows to adjust both programmes with respect to level of advancement and inclusion of corporate aspects in the curriculum throughout the whole educational process. At the level of delivery, the corporate members of the Boards warrant topicality of methods of work in classes, use of relevant tools – especially in laboratories and the proper coverage of the content by project tasks.

In the longer term, the Board members, as stakeholders invested in the process of improving the programmes, provide ideas for further cooperation. Among these may be corporate based projects and mentoring. Other proposals concern subjects designed in cooperation with such stakeholders, as is the case of cooperation with the BNYM. As our corporate and professional partners are fundamentally internationally oriented, they assure provision of international perspective. The list of closest partners includes: Bank NY Mellon, Credit Suisse, Mc Kinsey, Getin Holding, Credit Agricolle, EY and Eurobank.

Corporate relevance of the teaching content is verified at the:

  • design level – by Faculty and Programmes Boards, with the advice extended by external stakeholders;
  • delivery level – by peer evaluations and students feedback;
  • graduate profile level – via the career placement statistics and graduates feedback.
